RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY OFFER RETURNS TO STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

We ask that you please review your order carefully, as it cannot be changed once received. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your order number, items purchased and order total.

YOU HAVE 28 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE TO RETURN ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

After 28 days from the original order date, we are unable to issue store credit or offer an exchange.

Our policy honors returns only on new, unused items.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please package items for return in their original packaging.

If damages occur in return transit, customers are liable for all damage costs and may be subject to not receiving a return refund.

For order cancellations, we will accept a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed, unless it has already been shipped in this time.

If an order arrives damadged, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve the issue.
